Group III has been notified of additional money for Cadet Orientation Rides. We have selected April 16th from 10am-2pm to conduct these O-Rides in Winston-Salem.

Place: Main Terminal at the Winston-Salem Airport

Uniform BDU’s

The Cook Out (12pm Noon) will have Hot Dogs ($1) and Hamburgers ($2) at Noon.  Drinks ($.50)

Entire family is invited to enjoy the fun and see what Civil Air Patrol is doing.

Bring your lawn chairs (or folding camping chairs)

Cadet Orientation Rides: Will be provided to eligible cadets.  Cadets eligible must have their names submitted prior to 31 March to project officer.

Opportunity for Training: Flight Line Marshaling and Urban Direction Finding Sorties (only Elper Sorties).  Personnel interested must contact the Project Officer Prior to 31 March if you are interested in any of this training.

Remember: Cadets eligible for O-Rides must have their information submitted by their Squadron Commander to Project Officer by March 31st.  Must have ID Card and be in uniform during O-Ride.

If you have signed up for Training (Flight Line or UDF Sortie) bring your SQTR for getting it signed off.
